We do our best to be environmentally conscious at NOVA Dental Studio. By filing your claim electronically, information is submitted more efficiently and with fewer errors. This benefits our patients for the following reasons: 1) the turn around time on claims is faster and 2) fewer claims are returned or denied. As a courtesy, we are happy to submit your dental claims to your insurance company for you.

NOVA Dental Studio accepts nearly all PPO insurance plans for dental services. Sorry, we do not accept HMO’s or Medicaid.
If you have an insurance plan that we participate with, that means you will receive reduced fees for some procedures. Your insurance may still pay a percentage of our regular fees, even if you have a different plan than what we participate with. It is likely that you’ll discover our regular fees are more competitive than many other offices. To ensure coverage by your provider, please call our office at (703) 237-7725 to confirm your insurance plan with NOVA Dental Studio. We operate as a fee for service practice. Therefore, you are responsible for your portion of our fees on the day service is rendered. Prior to your visit, we would be delighted to answer any questions you may have for us.
