Clear, fair billing
At NOVA Dental Studio you may pay for office visits and treatments by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of service. We operate as a fee-for-service practice, so you're responsible for your portion of our fees on the day service is rendered. We also accept CareCredit for care not fully covered by insurance.

Accepted dental insurance plans
NOVA Dental Studio accepts nearly all PPO insurance plans. We're sorry that we cannot accept HMOs or Medicaid. If we participate with your plan you'll receive reduced fees on some procedures — and your insurance may still pay a percentage even if we're out of network. To confirm your coverage, please call (703) 237-7725.

We use electronic claims processing — claims are submitted online rather than by mail, which speeds up turnaround and means fewer denials. As a courtesy, we're happy to submit your dental claims to your insurance company for you.
