NOVA Dental Studio accepts nearly all PPO insurance plans for dental services. Sorry, we do not accept HMO’s or Medicaid.
If you have an insurance plan that we participate with, that means you will receive reduced fees for some procedures. Your insurance may still pay a percentage of our regular fees, even if you have a different plan than what we participate with. To ensure coverage by your provider, please call our office at (703) 237-7725 to confirm your insurance plan with NOVA Dental Studio. We operate as a fee for service practice; you are responsible for your portion of our fees on the day service is rendered.
Electronic Claim Processing
NOVA Dental Studio uses electronic claims processing. Rather than sending your dental claim via mail, it is sent electronically to your insurance company. Filing claims electronically means faster turnaround and fewer returned or denied claims. As a courtesy, we are happy to submit your dental claims to your insurance company for you.
